11. twicca is my choice.  I’ve used the Twitter for Android app a decent amount and I used the free version of Tweetcaster for a short time.  I’ve used Twitter through texting too.  Twitter for Android gets the job done, and if that’s all you’re looking for then just use that, but it has no bells or whistles.  I didn’t think Tweetcaster had any advantage over another Twitter client.  Twitter through text is a pain…  Other than pictures taking a bit of time to load and upload, twicca is a very fast app.  It’s more customizable than anything I used and there are no ads, which is great.  I can see who retweeted me, quote tweets, retweet, favorite tweet, follow and unfollow, upload pictures, post links, and check trending topics among other things.  At first, I wasn’t too fond of twicca but now I can’t imagine going back.
